At Forest of the Mind Counselling Hereford, we are dedicated to providing high-quality counselling service to our clients by licensed professionals with experience helping individuals overcome a wide range of challenges. Booking & Cancellation Policy

To confirm your counselling appointment, payment is required via BACS at least 48 hours before the session.

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full session fee will apply.

If payment is not received within this timeframe, it will be assumed that the appointment is no longer needed and the time will be made available for other clients. I will therefore not be available at the agreed time and date.
